"Hong Kong Scholars Programme 2016" is now open for application.  Jointly launched by the Society of Hong Kong Scholars and the China National Postdoctoral Council under the Ministry ofHuman Resources and Social Security in 2010, the programme aims to help professors in Hong Kong engage high quality PhD graduates from leading universities on the mainland to undertake postdoctoral research work and training in Hong Kong.  The stipend of the scholars will be shared between the mainland government and the Hong Kong supervisors.

Office of Academic Links (China) will coordinate the applications of CUHK members and offer administrative support to the scholars and their host supervisors before andduring their stay.  You are cordially invited to apply for being one of the Hong Kong supervisors under the programme.  Applicants should be at the rank of associate professor or above. All applications will be submitted to the China National Postdoctoral Council via Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre for final selection.  Successful applicants in 2015 are not eligible to participate in the 2016 round.
