Invitation to CASS-CUHK Joint Academic Symposium on Belt and Road Initiative and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: Economic Planning and Development (26 July)
The Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS) and the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) will jointly organize the Academic Symposium on Belt and Road Initiative and Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area: Economic Planning and Development. The symposim aims to understand the current research and development trends of the Belt and Road Initiative and the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through discussion of relevant research background issues, catering for the huge demands for local infrastructure, and to promote research collaboration between Hong Kong and mainland China.
The sumposium is scheduled to be held from 09:00 to 18:00 on 26 July in Cho Yiu Hall, University Administration Building of CUHK. It has Professor Cai Fang, Vice President of CASS and Mr. Patrick Nip, JP, Secretary for Constitutional and Mainland Affairs of HKSAR Government as the honorable Keynote Speakers.
