2. Suspension of CU eLearning System (Blackboard Learn) on 20-21 Jul for System Upgrade

ITSC is happy to announce that approval has been received from Academic IT Steering Committee to upgrade our CU eLearning System (Blackboard Learn) to a new version (from 9.1 SP7 to 9.1 SP11) during Summer Term Break.

A maintenance window has been scheduled from 2am on 20 Jul (Sat) to 9pm on 21 Jul (Sun) for this upgrade. During the maintenance window, CU eLearning System (Blackboard Learn) will be unavailable. You should therefore avoid scheduling important activities (e.g. assignment submission, online test) during and immediately after this upgrade.

During the system upgrade, service of Blackboard Learn will be suspended from 20 Jul 2am to 21 Jul 9pm.
