Book Talks under the 4th I·CARE Book Festival

The 4th I·CARE Book Festival Reading is Voyaging through Time and Space is aspired to foster a culture of literacy on campus, and to connect different CUHK people through sharing of books.

Reading takes us everywhere.  Reading biographies is seeing others' minds; reading history is travelling in time; reading about the nature is understanding other living beings.

This Book Festival will steer students and staff of CUHK towards an immersive journey with the renowned scholars, authors, translators and leading actors through numerous "Book Talks" and a film screening.  They include among others Lai Ming-chu, Fu Yue-an, Joyshan Kung and Leung Man-tao.  The people and events in their works such as Haruki Murakami, Chou Meng-tieh, Lam Hang-chi's editorials and the concept of remembrances of history will also crop up.
