Around 70% enquiries/requests could be answered in one working day through ITSC Electronic HelpDesk. Now, this response time can further be shortened with the new ITSC Service Desk.
ITSC Service Desk, a new system for you to enquire and request for our services, will be launched on 25 Apr (Fri). There you can find a number of NEW features that you can't in the current HelpDesk system.
- Search your desired service with ease by browsing our Service Catalog or popular IT services that other staff and students are looking for
- Get answers and solutions of frequently asked questions from our knowledgebase
- Write your enquiries / requests to ITSC with an estimated response time prompt
- Receive progress update about your enquiry / request submission
- Able to retrieve your enquiry / request submission and supplement information anytime
- Trace your enquiry / request submissions and their status online
With the launch of ITSC Service Desk, the current ITSC Electronic HelpDesk will be retired on 31 Jul (Thu). Before it retires, you can still access the HelpDesk system to check your enquiry/ request that submitted on or before 25 Apr (Fri) 8:30am.
