It has been three years since S.H. Ho College admitted its first cohort of students back in 2010, 54 of whom become the first SHHO graduates this year. 22 March 2013 was the College's first Photo Day organized by Student Union of the College. Fabulous decorations from different participating departments made it a carnival of the College.
Dressed in gowns representing their respective faculties, students carried flowers, balloons, stuffed toys and photo albums to celebrate the event. During the ceremony, Master Samuel Sun talked about those first memories shared by the first batch of SHHO students and the College. They witnessed how the College started from scratch and grew into today's scale. He remembered every individual's concrete contribution, like the first flag bearer of the first High Table Dinner, the first members of the College's first Student Union. The audience had accompanied the growth of the College, and he hoped all these three years' full residence and communal dining had built them a sustainable connection with each other. Souvenirs were presented – photos taken in each student's matriculation ceremony back to three years ago.
In the College's Lawn and Central Steps, students took photos with College teachers and members. Roast suckling pig, colour crackers, champagne, and arch bridge of balloons prepared by departments became an ideal background for photo-taking.
