All first-year students (including senior-year intakes) are requested to fill in the Entry Class Questionnaire of the CUHK First-year Student Survey 2017-18 (Personal Particulars and Expectations of University Life) after finishing the online student registration, or by visiting the website at www.cuhk.edu.hk/proj/ecq/survey.html by 30 September 2017 (Saturday). The Survey is conducted every year through the Entry Class Questionnaire to collect information for statistical and planning purposes of the University Grants Committee and the University. All information and responses collected in this survey will be kept in strict confidence and the research reporting will be on overall data at an aggregate level.
