The second High Table Dinner was held on 14 November 2012, at the Staff Common Room. Members of the Committee of Overseers, College guests, teachers, staff and students enjoyed a wonderful night, with a meaningful talk by Mr Tse Kam Keung, a Chu Scholar, on 'Quest for excellence – from university education to the real world'. There was also a cello performance by one of our students, Miss Wong Sum Yu Jade.

The Third High Table Dinner was held on Wednesday, 30 January 2013. Mr Walter Ng, a senior F&B professional, gave a presentation on 'Dining Etiquette', going through menu and food choices, cutlery use, wine and social etiquette in western dining. College student Miss Pearl Yan demonstrated while Mr Ng spoke, and those present had the chance to put the advice to immediate practice, including enjoyment of wine — for those over 18!
