A total of seven valid nominations were received by the deadline. Following the Procedures for Elections to the Student Honour Code Committee, the nominees in the table below were declared elected as members of the SHCC (2016–17) by the Returning Officer, Prof Jette Hansen Edwards. The results were announced to College students on 6 April 2016. The term of office of the Fourth SHCC will begin on the first day of the academic year 2016–17.

Poster Design Competition
To promote the spirit, general principles and effective practice of the Student Honour Code, a poster design competition initiated by the Third Student Honour Code Committee (SHCC) was launched in mid-March 2016. All students of the CWC community were welcome to submit designs related to the prescribed themes of the Student Honour Code.
A total of four submissions were received. The College Master, Dean of Students, Warden and Acting Chair of the Student Discipline Committee were invited by the SHCC as members of the judging panel for the competition. CWC students were also encouraged to choose their most preferred poster by giving a 'Like' for the relevant submission on the SHCC Facebook page.
Results of the poster design competition were announced by the SHCC at the communal dinner held on 14 April 2016 with details as follows:

The winning posters are displayed at different spots of the College Hostel to remind students to abide by the Student Honour Code, to be responsible, honest, and to show mutual respect and support for each other.
