The ceremony was held in April at Cho Yiu Hall. Professor Stephen Y. L. Cheung, the President of the Education University of Hong Kong, served as the officiating guest. Two secondary teachers received the awards which consist of a medal, HKD 20,000 and a certificate, while three other teachers were presented with the Certificate of Appreciation.
