Southwest Jiaotong University Delegation visited CUHK

On June 17, Prof. Jack Cheng , Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Jia Jian-min of the Department of Marketing of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), met a delegation from Southwest Jiaotong University. Members of the delegation included Prof. Qian Qing-quan, Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering and Prof. Xu Xing-yan, Director of School of Art and Communications and Vice Chairman of Research Institute of Chinese Literature in University of China. Ms. Wing Wong, the Director of Office of Academic Links (China) introduced the university and the campus to the delegation.

Southwest Jiaotong University was established in 1896. It is one of the earliest-found universities in modern China. It is also one of the major universities on the PRC 211 Project University List.
