China Links Seminar 2009: Introduction to China's Awards in the Field of Science and Technology

On 30 April, Office of Academic Links (China) and Research Administration Office (RAO) jointly hosted the "China Links Seminar 2009: Introduction to China's Awards in the Field of Science and Technology" by Mr. Colin Kong, Head, Division of Science and Technology, Beijing-Hong Kong Academic Exchange Centre. Prof. Henry N.C. Wong, PVC cum RC Chairman was the moderator of the event.

In the seminar, Mr. Hong gave an introduction on China's most prestigious awards in the field of science and technology, and explained the application procedures of those awards. The talk attracted teaching staff from Faculties of Engineering, Medicine, and Science to attend.

 

The collaboration between CUHK and institutions in China is increasing and becoming more strategically important.
