Life@CUHK - Exploring the Plentiful Possibilities of Life

The new term has just started.  Amidst the hustle and bustle of your daily campus life, you are encouraged to slow down, unwind and enjoy the beauty of the surroundings.

To this end, this Centre is pleased to launch a brand new programme, namely Life@CUHK, through which a variety of activities will be introduced during January and February of 2018.  The activities cover outdoor painting, laughter yoga, turbo kick, digital detox, DIY rubber stamp, western calligraphy, etc., all tailored for the busy you.

Enrolment Procedures:

  1. Complete the online enrolment form. 
  2. The people enrolled will receive an email notification for payment of enrolment fee or deposit (if applicable).  If the number of enrolment reaches the quota limit, those persons concerned will be wait-listed.
  3. The people enrolled who have not settled payment of enrolment fee or deposit (if applicable) within the designated period will have their enrolment cancelled, and their seats will be assigned to those on the waiting list accordingly.
  4. Payment method:
    By cash only - please visit the I·CARE Centre for Whole-person Development at Room 501, Wong Foo Yuan Building, during the following period:
    Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm
    (Please provide us with the name, student/ staff ID number on CU Link Card and contact number of the person enrolled for our record.)
  5. Participants who have already settled the enrolment fee or deposit (if applicable) will receive an email notification to confirm their enrolment. 
  6. Wait-listed people will receive an email notification on the final enrolment result one week prior to the activity commencement date.

Notice:

  1. All activities (except designated ones) will be open to CUHK students only. 
  2. Enrolment is made on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to a quota.  Each person can enrol in a maximum of three activities (excluding "The Voice of 66 Marathons?", "I·CARE Theatre's Afterimage" and "What is LOVE...and what is not?")  
  3. Participants should present their CU Link Card (if applicable) when attending the activity. 
  4. Deposit is refundable on punctual attendance only.  Participants who do not show up at the activity will be accountable for the forfeit of deposit. 
  5. Enrolment fee is non-refundable (except when the activity concerned is cancelled due to adverse weather). 
  6. All activities are conducted in Cantonese.
