Delegation led by Deputy Party Secretary of Fudan University
An 11-member delegation led by Prof. Yin Dongmei, Deputy Party Secretary of Fudan University, visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 3 February 2015 to learn about the student affairs service in the University.
The delegation met with Prof. Dennis Ng, Associate-Vice-President, Ms. Wing Wong, Director of Academic Links (China) and Ms. Irene Ng, Deputy Director of Student Affairs to get to know the student services and supports in CUHK. Visit was paid to the Pommerenke Student Centre, the largest student amenities center in the University.
Through meetings and discussions, the delegates obtained knowledge and shared experience in student affairs and facilities management in universities.

Closer Ties between CUHK and Taiwan Cheng Kung University
Prof. Tai Hua, Director of Research Center for Humanities and Social Sciences of Taiwan Cheng Kung University led a 6-member delegation to visit the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 13 and 14 February 2015 to discuss academic cooperation with the Faculties of Social Science.
The delegation was warmly received by Prof. Fanny Cheung, Pro-Vice-Chancellor and Prof. Gordon Cheung, Pro-Vice-President. CUHK members joining the discussions and meetings included Prof. Chiu Chi-yue, Dean of Social Science as well as representatives from the Departments of Geography and Resource Management, School of Architecture, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, and Office of Academic Links (China).
Academic members on both sides shared views and opinions on overall collaborative directions and plans in geriatrics, geography and resource management, building humanized community, architectural development in villages, covering areas ranging from academic collaboration to research projects.
CUHK and Cheng Kung University established academic collaboration since 2007. This visit further enhanced mutual understanding and expanded cooperation into specific collaborative projects between the two universities.

Delegation from Peking University
A 6-member delegation from Peking University, led by Prof. Wang Weimin, Assistant President of Health Science Center, visited the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) on 11 February 2015. The delegates met with Prof. Isabella Poon, Associate-Vice-President of CUHK and Director of Centre for Learning Enhancement and Research. The visit provided an opportunity for both universities to learn more about the teaching and learning enhancement developments in CUHK and Peking University.
