Prof. Hau Kit-tai, Pro-Vice-Chancellor of the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) attended the Ningbo-Hong Kong Education Cooperation Exchange Meeting from 31 July to 3 August under the Ningbo-Hong Kong Economic Cooperation Forum. With the aim of promoting cooperation between Hong Kong and Ningbo, the event was jointly organized by the Ningbo Municipal People's Government, the Education Departments of Ningbo and Hong Kong, and Hong Kong Vocational Training Council.
Prof. Hau attended the opening ceremony of the Forum and delivered a talk on flipped classroom and shared his views on this new mode of teaching at the exchange meeting. He also attended the conference on education cooperation exchange between Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, and paid visit to the University of Nottingham Ningbo and some secondary and primary schools in Ningbo. CUHK has been making efforts in collaboration with academic and research institutions in Ningbo to expand the scope and level of exchange to achieve greater impact in education and research.
