Mr. Alan Lui, a Physics alumnus, chose to enter the commercial field after graduation. Having worked in different large companies and actively participated in various public bodies, he decided to join a newly established virtual bank with no regret.
Transiting from a job to another is never easy and the secret behind lies on ones’ capacity to bring people from diverse backgrounds to work together and work out an efficient and effective workflow. Alan feels fortunate to have received good education; this also recalled his memory of meeting different people by joining the debating team and chorus in his student days at CUHK, that’s why he keeps reminding fellow students to always diversify your learning experience and interact with people with different backgrounds.
