    Hiking in Kowloon East - CUHK Mathematics Alumni Association

    Assembly Point Platform outside the A2 Exit of Yau Tong MTR Station
    ItineraryTake a walk to Ma Wan Village, Lei Yue Mun. Climb up the stairs and hike along the Wilson Trail Section 3. Pass the Gough Battery and the remains of Devil's Peak Fort, The trail has fine panoramas of Tathong channel and Tung Lung Chau. Descend to the Yau Tong MTR Station, which marks the end of the trip.

    2:30 - 5:30pm
    5:30 - 8:15pm

    Responsibility i. To draw passerbys to the charity sale booth
    ii.  To receive customers and answer enquiries
    iii. To assist in maintaining sales records
    Requirement i. Full-time/ part-time undergraduate/ postgraduate students; full-time/ part-time/ retired staff; alumni
    ii. Able to work for at least one time slot
    iii. Fluent in Cantonese and English

    Baby Bamboo Operation: School visit Christmas trip to GuangNing Xian, GuangDong for 4 days

    Costs 

    About HK$ 2,200 (quota: 30 places).
    Cost is apportioned according to the number of participants.

    Note: The fares include transportation from Kln West/ Shenzhen to schools, accommodation, meals and expenses for the group activities. NO other service fees and surcharges required.

    ActivitiesTo visit schools in rural areas of GuangNing County. Duties include: to present scholarships and grants, to check books, sports and office items donated to the school, and to visit the homes of some students.
    RegistrationPlease complete the Application Form and mail to Baby Bamboo Operation Office together with a check of HK $ 500 as deposit.

    * Participants must have valid Home Visit Permits (HVP) or passports with valid visa to China.
