The Alumni Club of CW Chu College, CUHK (the 'Alumni Club') was formed in Term 2, 2015–16, for the purpose of maintaining friendship and links among alumni. It is intended that an Alumni Association, independently registered under the Societies Ordinance or the Companies Ordinance, will in due course be formed by the alumni themselves to replace the Alumni Club.

All graduates of CUHK affiliated with the College will automatically be full members, unless they write to the Secretary of the Alumni Club to opt out.

The following categories of former students may apply to be affiliated members:

a. any student who has studied at the College for at least one term and who has now left CUHK or graduated from CUHK with a degree;
b. any incoming exchange student who has been affiliated with the College for at least one term and who has now left CUHK;
c. any other person who in the view of the Alumni Club has a substantial connection with the student body of the College.

Officers will be elected in due course, at a schedule and in a manner to be suggested by the full members. Until officers are elected, the affairs of the Alumni Club will be run by the College Office in consultation with Class Representatives, who will be put up by each Graduating Class from time to time.
