| Visit of Scottish Delegation | |

Coordinated by the Office of Academic Links, a Scottish delegation visited The Chinese University of Hong Kong on 27 June 2013. During the visit, the delegates met with the University Management and had meetings with representatives from different academic units. Prof. Chan Wai-yee , School Director and Prof. C.H. Cho, Associate Director (Research) were also invited to meet with Dr. Denise Barrault of the Scottish Universities Life Sciences Alliance and Prof. David Arnot of the School of Biological Sciences of University of Edinburgh. This visit has built up a good foundation for us to extend our connection with the Scottish higher education institutes for pursuing research collaboration and identifying areas of mutual interest for development of strategic partnerships. |
