Office 365 and the brand new Student E-mail Service, @Link, have been launched for a while. Have you had a try for them?
Here are 3 tips to boost your experience:
1. No E-mails Forwarded from CUHK Webmail to @Link mailbox?
Your CUHK Webmail has been set to forward an additional copy of all received e-mails to @Link since 3 Nov, 2014. If you previously have also forwarded your CUHK Webmail e-mails to your other personal mailbox, this setting remains unchanged. However,
The forwarding will stop if your CUHK Webmail mailbox is full. Please ensure your CUHK Webmail mailbox always has ample spaces for receiving new e-mails.
While forwarding your e-mail at CUHK Webmail to @Link, a copy of the e-mail will be kept in your CUHK Webmail mailbox also, unless you have chosen not to "Keep a copy in CWEM mailbox" before.
2. Transfer Existing CUHK Webmail e-mails to @Link
You can easily back up or transfer the e-mail in CUHK Webmail to @Link mailbox at CUHK Office 365 Portal. Check it out at our FAQs.
3. Facilitate Your Project Work and Study with CUHK Office 365
You can try out some special functions in Office 365 such as
A. Checking out others' availability with Office 365 Calendar
B. Conducting a survey with Office 365 Excel Survey
C. Using Office Mobile to grab your notes in hand
All these tips and functions have been introduced in the "Briefing on New Student E-mail Service - @Link" on 7 Nov, 2014. Check out the video and training notes to catch on!
