ContentFinTech, innovation and digital have become much talked-about buzzwords in recent years.  Traditional financial institutions need to structurally define the subject and decide how innovation and FinTech fit in with the organisation's overall strategy.  Financial institutions also need to be explicit on objectives, prioritisation and division of responsibilities within the organization.  Equally important is the engagement model with the innovation ecosystem through various organic and inorganic corporate development approaches.  The speaker will share his experience on these topics from strategy and corporate development perspectives.
