    Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Programme

Programme detailsCUSCS has trained over 700 professionals credentialed as Global Career Development Facilitators (GCDFs) since 2014.  The School now introduces the Facilitating Career Development (FCD) Programme (職涯發展及服務課程) under the National Career Development Association (NCDA).  Offered in a flexible, hybrid mode consisting of 120 hours of learning, the FCD Programme expands the focus of training beyond facilitation to equip practitioners with the resources to become broader career services providers or career development specialists.  On completion of training, trainees are eligible to apply for two globally recognised credentials on career development:
    1. Certified Career Services Provider (CCSP) from NCDA of the United States, which is the first, longest running and preeminent career development association in the world.
    2. Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) from the Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) of the National Board for Certified Counsellors (NBCC), USA
