By submitting your anonymized ultrasound narration recordings to this competition/prize, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding data retention and utilization:

Data Retention: All submitted audio recordings and associated metadata will be securely stored by the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) following the conclusion of the event.

Research Utilization: CUHK reserves the right to retain, analyze, and use these anonymized recordings for academic, scientific, and clinical research purposes, including the development and training of medical AI models, diagnostic algorithms, and educational tools.

Anonymization & Privacy: Prior to submission, all participants are strictly required to remove or obscure any Protected Health Information (PHI) and personal identifiers. CUHK will maintain strict data security protocols to ensure the continued confidentiality and anonymity of the dataset.

Non-Commercial & Intellectual Property: Data utilized for research will remain under the academic governance of CUHK. Participants will not receive financial compensation or retain commercial rights to any research outcomes, algorithms, or publications derived from the submitted materials.
