Registration and Payment Information
• Registration will be confirmed only after both the completed online registration form and full payment have been received.
• Payment can be made by credit card.
• Accepted cards: Visa and MasterCard.
• A non-refundable credit card handling fee of 2% will be added to the total payment amount.

Remarks: A non-refundable 2% Credit Card Handling Fee applies to all payments made by Credit Card Authorization Form. Any foreign exchange, cross-border transaction, bank, or card issuer charges are the responsibility of the cardholder.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
• Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to
reg.ent@cuhk.edu.hk on or before 30 September 2026.
• A HK$600 administrative fee applies to approved refunds.
• No refunds will be issued after the cancellation deadline.
• Any credit card handling fee charged by the bank is non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 90 days after the event.
By 30 September 2026: Refund less admin fee
From 1 October 2026: No refund
Adverse Weather and Event Cancellation
If the conference, workshop, or course is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizer will make every effort to reschedule the program where possible. No refund will be provided if a participant is unable to attend the rescheduled program. If the event is cancelled for reasons beyond the organizer’s control, the registration fee will be refunded after deducting any expenses already incurred.
Liability and Insurance
The organizer will not be liable for any costs, damages, expenses, or losses arising from adverse weather, cancellation, or postponement, except for reimbursement of registration fees paid to the organizer where applicable. Participants are advised to arrange suitable insurance to cover travel, accommodation, and other related costs.
