APSIT 1^st Annual Congress (21-22 November 2026)

Key Dates and Presentation Format
• Presentation Format: Poster, Video or Oral
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 31 August 2026
• Notification of Results: 15 September 2026
• Program Book Abstract Cut-off Date: 29 October 2026
• Presentation Schedule Removal Cut-off Date: 29 October 2026

Submission Requirements
• Abstracts must be written in English and submitted through the official online submission platform.
• Email submissions will not be accepted.
• A confirmation message will appear after the online submission is completed successfully.

Duplicate Submissions
• Do not submit the same abstract more than once.
• The same study or abstract must not be resubmitted under a different topic, category, title, or author list.

Review, Notification, and Registration
• Incomplete abstracts and late submissions will not be reviewed and will be rejected without further notice.
• The Scientific Committee may assign an accepted abstract to a different presentation format where appropriate.
• Results, further instructions, and presentation schedules will be sent by email.
• Presenting authors must complete congress registration and full payment before attending the congress and presenting their abstracts.
• Authors are encouraged to register by the early bird deadline to enjoy the special registration rate.
• Presenting authors who have not completed online registration and full payment by 29 October 2026 will have their presentations removed from the program schedule.
• Abstracts by presenting authors with unpaid registration fees as of 29 October 2026 will be removed from the program book.

Presentation Delivery Format
• Poster: Printed A0 poster in English, sized 841 mm × 1189 mm or 33.1 in × 46.8 in.
• Video: English audio-narrated video presentation of up to 9 minutes, followed by 1 minute of Q&A.
