Professor Kwong Kin Hung and Professor Kueh Yak Yeow, who once taught the class of '75, also attended this memorable gathering. Participants took the opportunity to revisit the campus, including going to Chih Hsing Hall, the first hostel in New Asia, and finding their names engraved on the graduate plaques at New Asia Concourse.
A banquet was held at Yun Chi Hsien that night. Prof. Henry Wong, Head of the College, delivered his welcoming remarks. Mr. Yeung Kai Chiu, Vice President of the New Asia College Alumni Association, was invited to give an introduction about the activities organized by the Association. Mr. Lam Wing Tak Bill (1975/Business Administration) gave a wonderful performance of several classic songs.
The 1975 Alumni Scholarship was established a decade ago at the 30-year Reunion of Class 1975, and has since then been awarding students with outstanding academic performances. Some 1975 alumni have made donations for the scholarship during the event. The College would like to express our sincerest thanks for their generosity.
