By offered the mentorship programme, the College hopes the participants could learn from the alumni, regaining their personal experience and performed knowledge which can prepare them for the outside working world. At the same time, the alumni could set a good example by giving back to the College. New Asia Alumni who have graduated for more than 5 years are welcome to take the role of Mentors.

The New Asia College Mentorship Programme 2012-13 has successfully held a Career Talk and Reunion Dinner on 23 March 2013. The topic of Career Talk was 'Entrepreneurship and Finance'. The College was honored to have 3 distinguished mentors and trustees to give speeches. The talks by Mr. Ng Fu Keung (1979/JLM), Dr. Wong Kwai Lam (1972/History) and Dr. Tang Kui Ming Jimmy (Trustee of New Asia College) were very inspirational and encouraging.

In order to thank the mentors for their kind efforts and time, encourage the mentees for their good performance, the College held a reunion dinner at the newly renovated Yun Chi Hsien. A certificate presentation ceremony was held for the mentees who have fulfilled the requirements of the programme.
