| Naming Ceremony for New Asia College Gymnasium | |

In appreciation and recognition of the munificent support of Chairman of the Board of Trustees of New Asia College Mr. Charles Leung, who has always been actively participating in charity work and contributing to the University and College over the years, the New Asia College Gymnasium has been named "Charles Leung Gymnasium". A naming ceremony was held in the gymnasium on 1/F, Staff- Student Centre, Leung Hung Kee Building on 29 September. Over 100 guests including trustees, staff members, students, alumni and Mr. Leung's family members attended the ceremony to celebrate this occasion. After the ceremony, a group of New Asia College alumni and staff members formed a team to compete with the College Basketball Team at a Friendly Game, much to the pleasure of the spectators. In the end, the College Basketball Team won the game by a narrow edge of 2 points. Both teams displayed marvellous Basketball skills and, more importantly, further developed their friendship during the game. |
