In our recent appeal for donations support in December 2012, we have placed the project of the organisation of the historical records of the College and our continual effort in promoting Chinese Culture as our major focus of appeal.

In recognising the proud history of the College, we aim to conduct an ambitious project in which we aim at organising the entire history of the New Asia College since its establishment. The project covers the plan for the setting up of a College History Museum on campus, digitisation of the past publications, editing and publishing A Collection of Mr. Ch'ien Mu's Letters, collecting valuable historical relics, letters and books published by the Founders of the College, and the development of an online college history website.

'Promoting Chinese Culture' is one of the missions of the College. To fulfilling this mission, the College has been conducting a range of academic activities on Chinese Culture, including the organisation of lectures, seminars and workshops, and also sponsoring our students in Chinese culture relevant activities. To encourage our students to have a deeper understanding of the Chinese culture, the College also provides various Chinese-culture-related scholarships.

We long forward to the kind support of our alumni and friends so that we can move ahead to achieve our missions.

The sixth Matching Grant Scheme has been operating since 1st August, 2012 and is still available for application. We hereby appeal again for your kind support. Your donations this year will yield greater benefit through the Matching Grant Scheme, it will definitely help the College to fulfilling its mission of promoting Chinese culture and cultivating students with both ability and integrity.
