Have you ever lost your CU Link card? To protect yourself and the campus security, you should always report your lost card as soon as possible. This can prevent unauthorized people using your card to break into the University restricted areas e.g. student hostels.

To report your lost card, you can visit our CU Link Card Centre in person during opening hours; or, you can do it ONLINE at http://cloud.itsc.cuhk.edu.hk/CULINK-SelfService/ . With it, you can report your lost card and check the default PIN of your CU Link card any time.

If you are lucky to find back your lost card, come to our CU Link Card Centre to reactivate it for free*.

*There will be extra cost if you request to have a card replacement.
