The rates of the fee-charging (non-core) IT services offered by ITSC have been adjusted in Jul 2016. The adjustment is based on the notional salary of IT staff and the Hong Kong Consumer Price Index (CPI) of the year.  ITSC would update the rate at the beginning of each financial year accordingly.   Check out the latest rates at http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/itsc/deptsupport/services.html!
