| Genuine Communication – Intensive Training on Presentation and Communication Skills | |

The New Asia College organised the Workshops on "Genuine Communication – Intensive Training on Presentation and Communication Skills" in November 2017 to enhance the daily presentation and communication skills of our students and alumni. Generously supported by the Dr. Wong Kwai Lam Fund and conducted by professional trainer in communication and presentation skills Mr. James Bryce, the workshops aimed to help College students and alumni in better achieving confidence in conversing with others during interviews, presentations and daily conversation, improving fundamental communication and presentation skills, and strengthening techniques in enhancing team dynamics. This year, participants were provided with a brand new feature – a learning App which enabled them to continue practising and further enhancing their communication skills according to their own level and pace. More than 30 students and alumni participated in this rich training programme. Participants with outstanding performance were given awards by the College. An award presentation dinner was specially held at Yun Chi Hsien on 15 March 2018. Dr. Wong Kwai-lam, programme donor and trustee of the College, joined us at the dinner and reviewed with the attendees the fruits of the workshops, and, together with College Head Professor Henry Wong Nai-ching, presented awards to outstanding participants as encouragement. |
