The 5th episode of “Stay Strong” produced by New Asia College Alumni Association released

The fifth episode of “Stay Strong”, produced by the New Asia College Alumni Association (NACAA), was released on the website and Facebook page of CUHK Alumni Affairs Office on 24 April. In this episode, our guest Ms. Kathleen Kwok, alumnas of the Psychology Department of CUHK, shared five methods of improving emotional fitness, and invited a former depression patient to talk about their experience. The host of this episode Mr. Lin Wai-kuan was a participant of the 6th New Asia Young Scholars Scheme.

“Stay Strong” is an online talk series jointly produced by the CUHK Alumni Affairs Office and seven local alumni associations, including the NACAA. Launched on 27 March, the series aims to share information on anti-epidemic measures, physical and mental health, parent-child relationship, and financial management with the public during the time of the pandemic.
