The College has taken part in several activities to introduce the College to prospective students, and to University alumni.

Orientation Day for Undergraduate Admissions

The CUHK Orientation Days for Undergraduate Admissions 2011 held on 8 and 9 October 2011 were attended by about 89,000 prospective students, parents and teachers. Over 1,000 visited the information booth of CW Chu College (CWC) at the University Mall, and learnt about the eight major highlights of the College through a Q&A game. On 8 October, two College Introduction Sessions hosted by Prof Kenneth Young, College Master, were well attended by students and their parents. They learnt about the CUHK college system, and the CWC communal dining and fully-residence mode of operation; heard CWC teachers' college experience sharing, and received information about the scheme of college assignment.

Admission Talks of CUHK

The CUHK Office of Admissions and Financial Aid, organized a series of admission talks for Secondary 6-7 students and sub-degree holders at the Exhibition Gallery of Tsuen Wan Town Hall on 17, 18 and 30 November 2011 respectively. CW Chu College hosted an information booth at the venue to introduce the College to students and their parents.

2011 CUHK Alumni Homecoming

Themed "Sharing Love and Fun", the 2011 CUHK Alumni Homecoming organized by the Alumni Affairs Office was held on 4 December 2011. The event attracted more than 4,000 alumni with their families and friends. A game booth of CW Chu College was set up at the University Mall to introduce the College's features and share its latest development with alumni and other participants.
