The Chinese University of Hong Kong and Jinan University formed a joint delegation and visited the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Education (MOE), China on 27 September 2013. CUHK members included Prof. Fok Tai-fai, Pro-Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Chan Wai-yee, Director of School of Biomedical Sciences, and Prof. Wan Chao, Assistant Director of the MOE Key Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine. During the meeting with the senior members of the Department of Science and Technology, MOE, the preparation for the assessment of the development and the future development plan of the MOE Key Laboratory for Regenerative Medicine were discussed. Indeed, subsequent to the establishment of the Key Laboratory in 2007, there have been close and frequent exchange and collaborations between the two institutions (see previous exchange activities HERE).
