| 【Staff Engagements】Professor Wei Ren and Professor Calvin Ng Received Awards in the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2021 | |

Scientific innovations developed by CUHK received nine medals in the International Exhibition of Inventions Geneva 2021, including one Gold with Congratulations of the Jury Medal, three Gold Medals, two Silver and three Bronze Medals. NA-affiliated staff were involved in two of the award-winning projects: the project “Highly Sensitive Gas Sensing and Control System” led by Professor Wei Ren from the Department of Mechanical and Automation Engineering received a Gold Medal; Professor Calvin Ng from the Department of Surgery is a member of the project “Intelligent Magnetic Anchored and Guided Endoscope for Minimally Invasive Surgery” which has received a Bronze Medal. Our heartfelt congratulations on their success!
