Jointly organized by the Alumni Association and the Staff Association of New Asia College, the "Lunar New Year Party 2013" was held on 1 March 2013 at Cuisine Royale, Wanchai. The dinner was attended by around 360 friends including the honorable trustees, donors, alumni and staff who joined the happy occasion to celebrate the joyous festival of Chinese New Year.

The party began with the college Anthem led by Mr. Lee Kam Chung, the college senior alumni. Prof. Shun, the College Head, then gave his welcome speech, which was followed by speeches from Dr. Cheung Ching Yuen and Dr. Chan Chi Sun, the Chairman of the Staff Association and Alumni Association respectively. After the toast, our guests enjoyed the delicious Chinese cuisine, lucky draw and games. The party featured a brilliant performance by teachers and students from 'Voice Studies' who brought much joy to the party. This year Mr. Foo Sai Heng, alumni of Department of Fine Arts, and Mrs. Lit Hong Fe donated their precious artworks for charity sales in the party and the donations collected would be used for college development.

The party ended with much joy and laughter. We wish everyone a healthy and prosperous new year and look forward to the party next year.
