The Faculty Exemplary Teaching Award cum Student Awards Presentation Ceremony was successfully held on 26 January, 2019 at Yasumoto International Academic Park to recognise outstanding academic achievement of students, appreciate excellent teaching performance of staff, and congratulate those performed superbly in international competitions. Professor Xie Zuowei thanked faculty members for their contribution and commitment to providing quality teaching; teachers who are awarded the Faculty Exemplary Teaching Award include: Dr. Chui Pui Yi Apple (School of Life Sciences) Professor Hui Ho Lam Jerome (School of Life Sciences) Dr. Xiao Jingjing (Department of Mathematics) Professor Hui Pak Ming (Department of Physics) Dr. John Alexander Wright (Department of Statistics) Professor Chan Man Nin (Earth System Science Programme) 246 students were awarded the Dean's Honours List in recognition of their academic merit. Recipients of Faculty Admission Scholarships also joined the Ceremony to share the happy moment with their family and friends.
