Since Yun Chi Hsien was closed due to the reconstruction of the space of the Staff Student Centre—Leung Hung Kee Building, we all look forward to the news of the Re-opening of Yun Chi Hsien. The E-Newsletter now brings the good news to our noodles fans, Yun Chi Hsien is BACK!

The Re-Opening of Yun Chi Hsien starts with a simple Opening Ceremony held on Tuesday, 30 April 2013, Guests from Campus Development Office, New Asia College Staff Association Committee, and colleagues from Dean of Students Office attended the ceremony.

The Re-Opening Ceremony is kicked off with the welcoming speech by Prof. Shun Kwong-loi, Head of the College. Prof Shun thanks everyone for their past contribution to the renovation project of Yun Chi Hsien. Prof. Shun and Mr. David Lim, Director of Campus Development Office, jointly officiated the roast pig cutting ceremony, symbolizing the smooth opening of Yun Chi Hsien and continue in providing quality catering services to our members.

What are the changes in the new Yun Chi Hsien? Yun Chi Hsien has not only been relocated from the lower ground floor to the ground floor, the size is now double from before with a total area of around 400 sq. metres. Our guests can now enjoy their food and the natural scenery. Furthermore, Yun Chi Hsien has also brought surprises to vegetarian and health-conscious individuals with the introduction of vegetables noodles. So what are you waiting for? It is time to revisit the long-missed flavor here at Yun Chi Hsien.
