With the generous support from the Dr. Wong Kwai Lam Fund, the 7^th Intensive Training on Presentation and Communication Skills was held in October and November, 2012.

The Programme was hosted by Mr. James Bryce, a professional trainer in communication and presentation skills. It aimed to equip the participants with fundamental communication and presentation skills, and to increase their confidence in interviews, presentations and daily communication.

41 students and 7 alumni joined the programme and the training was very well received. According to Phoebe Yeung, a freshman majoring in Law, the programme was very helpful. 'Mr. Bryce has taught us many useful skills on how to communicate effectively with people. For example, we need to take out fillers such as 'er', 'um' to show our confidence. Also, we need to keep good eye contacts with people who are talking with us. And most importantly, do have a smiling face.'

The Award Presentation Dinner of this Programme was held at Yun Chi Hsien on March 25, 2013, Dr. Wong Kwai Lam, the donor of this programme and Trustee of the College kindly attended the Dinner and shared with all participants the gist of how to enhance communication skills. Dr. Wong's thoughtful support for students and alumni was deeply appreciated.
