The 30-year reunion for Class 1984 was a joyful day, held successfully on 22^nd February this year. . More than 160 alumni and their families came back to New Asia College to attend this event. At 3 p.m. that day, more than 30 alumni gathered at New Asia College Yun Chi Hsien, before moving to the New Asia Amphitheatre to take photos and watch a tree planting ceremony on the grassland in front of the Statue of Confucius. The college staff guided them around the University to recall the old days and discover the changes the University has seen.

At 7pm., more than 160 people participated in the reunion dinner in Yun Chi Hsien which was a spectacular scene. Alumni of the Department of Chinese Language and Literature invited Professor Richard Ho and Professor Chang Song Hing to be their guests. This chance for the alumnus to meet with their teachers made them even more excited. Alumni of the Department of Fine Arts produced videos to pay respects to their teachers through pictures, words and songs which was moving. During the dinner, they looked at old photos again and caught up with each other.

The event ended after taking the group photos at the New Asia Amphitheatre with the joy of the alumni. It is hoped that alumnus of the Class of 1984 will keep supporting the activities of the college, stay involved in the development of their old school and of course return for further reunions.
