ZOOM Consultation by Science Student Academic Advisors

While students were planning for the new semesters this summer, the Faculty also organised consultation sessions to help students in making informed choices. The consultation was hosted by Science Student Academic Advisors (SSAAs), a group of science students who are determined to help their peers to reach their academic goals and enrich their learning experience.

Apart from answering peers’ questions about course selection and study plan, SSAAs also shared their experience and thoughts towards participating in internships and joining exchange programme. The consultation also extended to students newly admitted to the Faculty; SSAAs shared ways to adapting to university life and tips on making good use of online resources provided by the University. They also encouraged freshmen to seek support from teachers and staff whenever they are in doubt and they would be happy to offer help.
