| Announcements - Promotion of Mr. Eugene Wong to Laboratory Technologist | |

Mr. Eugene Yau-Kam Wong has been promoted to Laboratory Technologist, with effect from 1 July 2011. Since the establishment of the School, Mr. Wong has taken up various functional positions including the Safety Coordinator, Coordinator of Chemistry Store and of Dangerous Goods Service Unit (DGS), Liaison Officer of the Laboratory Animal Services Center (LASEC), and Secretary of the Safety & Buildings Management Committee. He has also been appointed as the Project Manager of our School's relocation project to Area 39, and the Secretary of the Ad Hoc Task Force on Relocation of the School of Biomedical Sciences since April 2011. The promotion of Mr. Wong was a form of recognition and appreciation of his professional and unfailing support and dedication to the School. |
