- Prof. Cecilia W. Lo, Chair, Department of Developmental Biology, University of Pittsburg School of Medicine, U.S.A.;
- Prof. Rocky S. Tuan, Director, Center for Cellular and Molecular Engineering, University of Pittsburg School of Medicine, U.S.A.;
- Prof. Ling Qin, Director, Musculoskeletal Research Laboratory, Department of Orthopaedics and Traumatology, Faculty of Medicine, The Chinese University of Hong Kong;
- Prof. Kenneth Lee, Professor & Managing Director of the Core Laboratories, School of Biomedical Sciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong; and
- Prof. Gang Li, Professor & Chief of the Stem Cells and Regeneration Theme, School of Biomedical Sciences, The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
The symposium not only marked the Center's efforts in promoting collaborative and translational research in stem cells and regenerative medicine in University but also provided an effective platform for exchange of expertise and research progress on different aspects of stem cell biology and regenerative medicine and for facilitating collaborations with overseas scientists renowned in relevant fields.
