Prof. Hsiao-Chang Chan of our School has been awarded the National Major Basic Research Program (973 funding program) for her joint research project with the Women's Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine. The funded project is entitled "Investigation of ART-induced embryo-fetus-origin diseases risk factors and underlying mechanisms", with an approved amount of RMB 25 million. Prof. Chan is currently one of the members of our School's TRP "Reproduction, Development and Endocrinology". She is also the Director of the CUHK's Epithelial Cell Biology Research Centre and CUHK - Sichuan University Joint Laboratory for Reproductive Medicine, and Co-director, CUHK – Zhejiang University Joint Research Centre for Human Reproduction and Related Diseases.
