The delegation was warmly received by CUHK senior officials including Prof. Joseph Sung, Vice-Chancellor; Prof. Jack Cheng, Pro-Vice-Chancellor; Prof. Alvin Leung, Dean of Education; Prof. Wong Wing-shing, Dean of Graduate School; Mr. Yuen Kin-chung, Deputy Director of Personnel; Ms. Wing Wong, Director of Academic Links (China); and Ms. Julia Leung, Assistant Director of Admissions and Financial Aid. During the meetings, CUHK representatives gave an overview of the University in academic development, personnel management and student admission.

After the meetings, the delegates visited the Faculty of Education where they met with representatives from constituent departments of the Faculty for academic exchange. They also toured the campus to enhance their understanding of the University. The visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas and to build up links between the two universities.
