    Programme DescriptionThe M.A. Programme in Gender Studies is inviting enrolments from prospective students who come from a variety of backgrounds for academic year 2020-2021. This taught master Programme is designed to provide a broad base of understanding on gender studies, to introduce basic theoretical and methodological tools in gender studies, and to analyze cutting-edge issues related to gender issues in the contemporary world.
    Through rigorous training in related theories and methodology, students are led to see how sex and gender impact on and being constructed by wider social, cultural, economic and political forces. Critical reviews of the perpetuation of gender inequality in public policies, propped up by existing values and perceptions in society are also encouraged.

    Diploma Programme in Cultural Management

    Programme detailsThe success of cultural organizations counts on practitioners, who should be equipped with comprehensive knowledge of cultural concepts, an awareness of local and global cultural events and a critical mind to cope with the dynamic cultural industry. This programme introduces specific theoretical perspectives and concepts of cultural studies, and provides participants an overview on the operation of cultural organizations of different scales, at both local and international levels, with highlights on effective management skills in order to achieve better organizational planning and management.
