1. Something You Must Know for Microsoft Campus Agreement and Your Work

The University has continually subscribed to Microsoft Campus Agreement that provides software to facilitate staff's, departments' and student organizations' work.

Faculty and staff can also run one copy of the software, for school- related purposes only, on a home PC or laptop under the Work at Home Use Rights.

You may consider acquiring the software you needed according to the methods stated here.

While the University keeps reviewing the software usage under the Agreement, please note that the software below will no longer be covered in the Agreement starting from 1 Jun 2015:
• Microsoft Project Pro
• Microsoft VISIO Prem
• Visual Studio Professional

If you are using the above software under the Microsoft Campus Agreement, please uninstall them by the end of May 2015. You may contact your departmental LAN Administrators or IT support staff to further acquire the corresponding software licenses afterwards.

Microsoft Campus Agreement helps your work.
