ITSC Extends Service Hours to Support Exam

The centralized exam is coming and we will be there to support you! 

  1. Stability of different IT services 
    ITSC will closely monitor IT systems and network to ensure seamless learning and online exam (if applicable) experience. 

  2. ITSC staff stand-by during non-office hours 
    During 27 Apr (Wed) – 13 May (Fri), our support staff will be there to provide technical and software support.

  3. 24/7 Opening Hours of WMY Learning Commons
    Students can study and enjoy IT facilities in WMY Learning Commons which run in 24 hours again. User Areas can be an option too which opens as usual during Mon - Sat, 8AM - 10PM
