The delegates met with Prof. Joseph Sung, Vice-Chancellor; Prof. Hau Kit-tai, Pro-Vice-Chancellor; and Ms. Maria Lau, Acting University Librarian to learn more about the development of the University and its library system. The delegation next visited the University Library, where they met with representatives from different sections of the University Library to obtain more knowledge about the library operation. After the visit, the delegates toured the beautiful campus of CUHK.

The visit enhanced understanding and nurtured friendship. Through meetings and discussion, the delegation had a better understanding of the development of the University Library System. Both parties agreed to strengthen cooperation in different areas such as information sharing, staff interflow, materials exchange and joint exhibition.
